Moontown is a dream-rock band making an impression on the Oakland/ Pittsburgh music scene with their own captivating blend of dreamy, psychedelic indie rock, with flashes of heaviness. Combining ambient effects with tight rhythm-section grooves, moontown strives to create an atmosphere that mesmerizes audiences. Moontown is Lucas DiBlasi (Lead Vocals, Guitar), Mike Stolarz (Guitar, Effects/ samples), Dom Frankeny (Bass, Backing Vocals, Production), James Rankin (Drums, Percussion), and Aidan Carroll (Synthesizer, Backing Vocals, Saxophone) Moontown is dedicated to creating a distinct recorded sound, led by in-house producer/ engineer Dom Frankeny (moontown, Heading North, Lysandra, Clay Coast), with six singles currently released on all streaming platforms, and new music coming early 2024.
